3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY
This month marks the 3 year anniversary of ScentAdvice.com. Sort of. It launched on June 12, 2022 as personal blog, where I backed-up all my reviews from social media. When I lost my previous Instagram account, I shifted more of my focus to the website. The site as it exists today realistically began in March 2023, when I started adding news, a database & launched the app. Finally, the name changed to ScentAdvice (f.k.a. NoseFragrances) in March 2024. And now we’re here: 3 years and 3+ million visits later! 🧠👃🏻Thank you to those of you that have been along for the ride & welcome to the newcomers.

To celebrate, I’m giving away 3 brand-new/unreleased fragrances to lucky winners worldwide. The day of this post (June 13) is the final day to enter the Burberry Goddess Parfum (2025) giveaway. On June 15, I’ll post a giveaway for Montblanc Explorer Extreme (2025) and on June 29, the yet-to-be-released Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia Intense (2025) will be up for grabs.

SALES + BEST DEALS
I’ve added a Sales page, and renamed the Discount/Where to Buy page to Shop. Shop is the overview, with 4 highlighted sales, easy access to 12 of the bigger stores, ScentAdvice discount codes and a list of stores & brands including codes. Sales is the place for temporary or interesting sales or deals on specific fragrances; there will be sales updated or added here more frequently.

In addition, I’ve brought back the Best Deals Of The Week, where some of the more interesting catches in my opinion are highlighted from the active sales. I’ll try to update that every 1-2 weeks at least.

Reviews coming soon: I actually don’t have big/new releases planned for review (edit: I will review the new Juliette Has A Gun x Skins collaboration soon). Will see what comes on my path and give my nose a bit of a rest in between or dive into some brands/samples that have been collecting dust in my stash.

Reminder: ScentAdvice is funded solely in this manner. There are no paid ads or articles, pop-ups, random or moving ads on the site and this will remain this way. There is an unobtrusive ad banner on the top of the pages (I made it 10% smaller this month) and there often is a link to purchase a fragrance or brand that you’re looking at. Both are always hand-picked and in matching style and color of the site. The commissions ensure the maintenance and growth of the site, but also make it possible for many new and high-end fragrances to be reviewed fully objectively, free of PR ties and perceived codependency that influencers knowingly or unknowingly experience.
