‘This is a rose at midnight. The central rose oil was sourced from a seasoned collector, distilled in India in the early 80’s using only the darkest petals and traditional steam distillation. It’s jammy and syrupy as you’d expect from aged rose oils. To deepen it, I added two kinds of saffron, one vintage Mysore co-distilled saffron, and a redder saffron accord. A few other spices round it out for a complete, grounded scent.’ – Hunayn
