Richwood is beautiful and one of the best renditions of sandalwood that I’ve smelled. It’s not hard to see why it’s rated highly by many people. It’s not the fragrance that suits me best personally, but it’s hard not to appreciate it.

It might not be as different or unique as some might want it to be for the price point, but in this case you’re paying for quality. This is a really clean, fresh patchouli and sandalwood scent; in the same vein as Chanel Coromandel.

It’s classy, with a nice bit of brightness from citrus up top. Initially the woods are a bit herbal, but it sweetens and becomes less herbaceous in the drydown, which is when it suits me much more. If you’re looking for a mature woody fragrance that exudes class, this is it.
