I tried Yue Tu briefly a while ago and I didn’t love it on first impression. I can unfortunately confirm this upon wearing it. Probably my least favorite Strangers or any Prin creation in general.

Tu Yue just feels super sharp and transparent to me. I wore this alongside Summer Peaches By The Tea Room; which is already a sharp and transparent, watery scent with a subtle fruitiness. In comparison, Yue Tu felt almost like its sibling, but without any of the stand out facets; even less fruity, even more sharp.

Frankly, I wondered if perhaps my sample had gone bad, but it’s quite new; I mostly smelled a hairspray like alcoholic cologne in this, with some earthiness, musk and green facets underneath. I think if this was more fruity, like Summer Peaches, it would likely be more to my liking. Unfortunately, as is, this one didn’t work out for me.
