‘Captivate the senses with Kayali Vanilla | 28, a masterpiece of refined and cultivated nuance. A time-honored union of creamy Jasmine and rich Madagascan Vanilla Orchid draws out the sweet softness of Brazilian Tonka. Beautifully balanced oriental notes of Musk, Amber, Patchouli and Brown Sugar form the distinguished wood base of this utterly sublime scent.’ – Kayali
Vanilla 28 definitely reminded me of Guerlain Spiritueuse Double Vanille instantly, but it’s heavier. You get a darker, smoky vanilla with a floral tinge (ever so slightly) and a heavier musky base. It also reminded me of Goldfield & Banks Silky Woods.
It’s more of a spicy and sugary vanilla. I really like it, especially for the price, although the hype seems to be a bit overdone. There’s similar vanillas and there’s definitely better vanillas for me, but this is a great option for the price however, with solid performance. Arguably still the best Kayali has to offer anno 2024.
