As with Dubai, Anne Flipo leans more into sweetness than the others in the Contes de Parfum range. With Tokyo however, it’s much more subtle and milky. This is your average cherry blossom scent, with a nice fresh fruity top. It’s really clean, really pleasant, although also very close to the skin and hard to detect within no time on my first experience. This definitely feels like one of the more cohesive releases from the brand and albeit one that I wouldn’t be tempted to buy, I can appreciate it.
