Thousand Lakes is a beautiful green-aquatic-ish leather scent.

It’s minty green at first and like a slightly dusty leather. It’s offset with dewy green herbs and a mineral touch. I get some of the blackcurrant, which I love. And rhubarb, which I usually don’t love. There’s a dampness, like an after-rain scent.

It grows a bit more woody and smoky, but overall it airs on the cleaner, more minimal side of things and it’s very wearable for me, even though I don’t like green scents or strong leather scents.

A melancholic fragrance that won’t be for everyone, but I enjoyed it.
