From the first waft it comes across as a really thick, dense and almost earthy vanilla. Ambrette is probably playing a big part in this composition, alongside incense. It’s sweet, but the vanilla turns into more of a tonka scent.

For a smoky incense vanilla, it leans more towards the unisex or masculine side than usual and it has a relatively mature quality. It’s a ‘vanilla’ that non-gourmand people could appreciate.

The drydown isn’t all that interesting; musky vanilla, tonka. Solid scent for me, but nothing too special.
