Eau Givree may go down as one of my favorite flankers to date.

Initially Eau Givrée is a lot more focused on the citrus and it’s much more acidic. It’s not the sweeter orange from the Terre D’Hermes Parfum, but more so a zesty, tangy mandarin here. It makes for a much more refreshing and cooler vibe that’s also a bit sharper. It is actually more similar to Roja Parfums Oligarch Parfum (which was re-released as Isola Blu), but without the slight aftershave tinge from the Roja. Terre D’Hermes in general is often compared to the Roja, but Eau Givree is the one that comes closest.

As it dries down the Terre DNA comes through strongly. It remains slightly brighter than Terre D’Hermes EDT/Parfum; no real surprises there. The opening is different enough to justify the flanker for sure however and I think potentially a must-have if you love this DNA for high heat.
