I’ve seen Sunset Oud compared to Tom Ford’s Oud Wood, which is a fragrance that I don’t love. There are definitely similarities, but I think that Sunset Oud is a tad nicer and easier to wear for me personally.

I get more fruitiness and freshness in the opening and it feels much more modern, whereas Oud Wood has always reminded me of a closet at my grandmother’s house.

It’s very classy and well-rounded, with the spices not attacking the nose, while still being prominent. For some reason, as with Oud Wood, it’s not really my style, but I’d probably love to smell this on others.
