A rather nice and safe one from Urbis.

Sofia, as the notes suggest is a fruity floral. It leans traditionally femine and it has a light, ozonic texture, making for an easy going wear.

I like that the fruitiness isn’t overdone. Some fragrances from this brand are very heavy-handed and contrasting, but here, the fruits are also airy and pleasant.

After the opening I do get dryness, maybe saffron to my nose, which is not in the notes. It doesn’t really go leathery, but it has a hint of a laminated, plasticy quality to it and the florals and fruits lose the vibrancy that they had. Perhaps its just the florals smelling on the unnatural side, but it’s not unpleasant (and justified given that it’s a €94/80ml fragrance).

In the base, you get more of a vanillic amber coming trough, making the drydown warmer and sweeter. Still pleasant, although I prefer the opening.
