Snowy Owl is simultaneously exactly what it tries to depict and not what I expected.

Straight from the opening, it has an almost cardboard like, cashmeran-esque muddy woody vibe. On one hand, it is bright and ‘snowy’, with iris and galbanum feeling quite prominent.

On the other hand, it’s earthy, damp and dewy. It feels like you are outside, in a forest, in the winter, but it’s more earthy than it is crisp and clear to me. I imagined a lighter, brighter scent-profile for Snowy Owl.

It’s an interesting fragrance though and it does paint a nice and quite unique scene, however, it is too earthy for my taste.
