Serenity is an interesting rose oud fragrance. The synopsis talks about balacing shadows and light, masculine and feminine and that duality is noticeable. It’s not too heavy of a rose-oud, but the cumin is very prominent in the opening. It’s very spicy (also clove and saffron) and I wonder how comfortable I’d be wearing this regularly. That being said, I think it’s a nice change of pace for this style and daring, but not over the top.
