People swim through, the world is like a giant aquarium. Chocolate embodied in your thick white cup, the steam mixes with aroma of coffee across the space. There’s barely just sound of a coffee machine running, almost as if you could hear the snow fall on the white.’ – One Day

My first encounter with the Ethos Of Cities line. Blindly picked, but a big success. Opening like a quite strong cup of coffee. But it’s airy, like coffee vapors. Sweetened with chocolate, but very focused on the coffee. Soon shifting into more ‘nature’, with a prominent vetiver a la the profile of Eight & Bob Nuit de Megeve, but much softer. Perfectly captured its brief of a cafe on a cold, snow-covered Winter day. I can see myself wearing this one a lot.
