‘Founded by Dr. Brian May and Anne Brummer with the intent of safeguarding wildlife, the Save Me perfume was launched to make a significant contribution to the defence of wild animals’ wellness. The association works in partnership with NGOs, the government and the business field with the aim of bringing change at all sustainability levels. Supporting wildlife and the environment to guarantee a certain future to each inhabitant of the earth. Save Me opens up with chamomile, cyclamen, pink pepper and jasmine. Mimosa, gardenia, ylang-ylang and tuberose are at the heart. The floral scent for men and women leaves base notes of sandalwood and musk that delicately linger on the skin.’ – Xerjoff
Save Me is one of the releases for charity from Xerjoff; which is a great cause, but they tend to be my least favorite ones from the brand and Save Me could be my least favorite Xerjoff overall.
Save Me is a soft, musky floral scent with a hint of pepper in the opening hour. It’s not unpleasant per se, but it just doesn’t work at all for me and it didn’t feel like a Xerjoff (more so like a Juliette Has A Gun or a Jo Malone x Zara release).
