Saint Jean De Braye is a town/commune where Dior has a research facility and factory. More info here. The facility opened in 1973 so this fragrance seems to have been gifted to a select few at the 40 year anniversary.
It is rumored that only 20 bottles have been produced and given to upper management at the Dior facility at Saint Jean de Braye (unconfirmed).
