This fragrance opens beautifully. It’s a spicy, warm ambery opening, with a great dry cacao note. It’s not overly sweet and it’s balanced out with some citrus and ginger.

The chocolate, beautiful as it may be, lingers only for minutes, leaving this to dry down to rather basic woody amber (a lot more vetiver starts to come through). Not bad, but the opening is its highlight.
