I felt most conflicted about Royak from Soul Of Makeen. In the opening, it is surprisingly subtle. Kind of smoky/roasted and syrupy, but not what I expected and not your average generic sun-tan lotion scent. Perhaps more into the coconut cookie direction. Not as bright as I thought either, as in, not vibrant, but a mature and understated take.

However, Royak fell apart completely in the drydown for me, with a Baccarat Rouge-esque sugary, sweet and to me, cloying woody base.
