New Notes seems to be a promising new brand, but my experience with their line was hit or miss; Osmanto Shock was not what I hoped it would be, although it has an interesting premise.

Straight from the opening Osmanto Shock smelled highly unnatural to me. It had a fruity aspect of the osmanthus I guess, but it was mostly smelling like candy and fruit bubblegum. What I liked most in the composition is the tonka.

The more I wore it the more I got a tropical vibe from this, which I didn’t dislike. Interesting, but not a love.
