‘We were featuring osmanthus, and of all of our experiments, I liked this best. Nic created this one. Osmanthus absolute tends to take over, because of its powerful leather-apricot presence. But blending it with lavender, lemongrass, peppermin, galbanum, cut grass and blackcurrant gives it so much to compete with that it calms down. This ought to be a wild party of competing aromas, but instead they’ve all sat down for a gently game of Monopoly.’ – 4160 Tuesdays
