Terenzi has released a lot of fragrance (and a lot of them I haven’t tried, especially in their higher end lines). For me it’s surprising how many of the ones in the round bottles like Orion or the square bottles like Maremma, which I both have owned, are clearly inspired by popular fragrances and nobody seems to acknowledge it. Off the top of my head Terenzi has a version of Black Orchid, Aventus, BR540, Black Afghano, Portrait Of A Lady, Erba Pura, Straight To Heaven… it’s a bit too much for me, so I haven’t dived deeper into the brand yet. That being said the ones I have do a good job for what they are, in particular Orion.

To my nose Orion is probably one of the closest in comparison to Creed Aventus; a closer clone of it, than Mancera Cedrat Boise, Nishane Hacivat or Montblanc Explorer. It has the green tinge from Aventus and the watery quality. Perhaps it’s a tad less smoky (at least than the Aventus that I’ve tried), but it was pretty much spot on the same fragrance, with significantly better performance I must add.
