Unfortunately I don’t have a full review dedicated to IX, as I reviewed it on video only during my short-lived stint on YouTube. However, I thought it was arguably the most interesting from the Opus line (yet not my favorite, which would be Opus VII).

What I remember is IX being surprisingly daring. The civet really comes through in this otherwise rather dense white floral scent. I get hints of Opus I in this, and also a nod to Tom Ford Black Orchid, but significantly ‘dirtier’ than both of those.
