Nuit de Rais was the most interesting from the brand at first sniff, but ended up being my least favorite. It’s a scent I haven’t come across before, so it gets some credit for not being a copy, but it’s a bit clashing at times. It’s spicy and citrussy, with a smoother sweet woody base. Almost like sparkling soda spilled over saw dust. The combination of something acidic with vanilla in here I’m still getting used to; it reminds me of a cream soda. Interesting release, but ultimately hard to get comfortable with for me.
