Niral is a very pleasant, zen-like comfort scent. Straight from the opening it’s clear this is a soft, powdery scent, with the only ‘harshness’ coming from the angelica spiciness.

Soft flower petals, iris a dry cedarwood are mostly prominent for me with a sweeter nuance. There’s leather listed and it slowly comes through, but we’re talking the most subtle suede imaginable; this is not a heavy leather scent by any means.

There’s something very soothing about Niral; it reminds me somehow of opening a fresh pack of rice and of freshly washed bed sheets at first, but it grows into a spicy cedarwood floral. It’s a neutral scent that won’t offend anyone, but it isn’t boring; it’s introspective.

If you like this style of scent (I often reference Frederic Malle Eau D’Hiver for it), definitely give Niral a look.
