‘An all-natural reinterpretation of Mousse Illuminée, composed around treemoss, frankincense, champaca, rose, absinthe, and cypress. Not a replica of the original Eau de Toilette, but a deeper and more natural rendering of its spirit: greener, darker, more resinous, and quietly radiant. Mossy, incense-laced, floral, bitter-green… of the forest. A chypre structure recast entirely through natural materials. Where the original Mousse Illuminée Eau de Toilette balances classical structure with modern lift, Grand Cru turns toward density, texture, and natural complexity. The mossy foundation is more tactile and dimensional, the incense more glowing, and the floral heart more richly woven into the green architecture. This is not a loud fragrance in the modern commercial sense. Its richness comes instead from material quality, natural diffusion, and the slower unfolding of bitter herbs, cool coniferous shadows, luminous resin, and floral warmth resting in the cool moss.
