I sampled Morning Mist & Night Mist side-by-side. Initially I prefered the scent of Morning Mist, but it seems to be extremely fleeting (Floraiku rarely performs, but with these more affordable mists, it was expected to be even less powerful). The Night Mist offers a bit more overall in my opinion.

In Morning Mist, ginger stands out, but it’s rather sweet. I get more of an orange hard candy, with sugary tones combined with the ginger, rather than lime or anything refreshing. This remains true for the drydown, where the vetiver has this mix of soapy, but also sweet; perhaps more like an Essential Parfums Bois Imperial than your average fresh vetiver.

As mentioned, fleeting and subtle; a skin scent from the first moment. Smells pleasant, but nothing to get overly excited for and too sweet for what I would consider to be an ideal ‘energizing’  morning spray.
