This is one of the greener, pure citrus scents that I’ve come across. Straight from the opening you get a hefty dose of lemon, which comes across watered down. There’s a zesty edge, but for the most part, it’s not as acidic as many other lemon scents, but rather it feels like lemon juice diluted in water.
It creates more of a mellow vibe, than a punchy opening. And it’s greenish, as I mentioned, with its basil and neroli. It’s reminiscent of the melonal and calone heavy fragrances, which I find soothing, albeit not the most exciting.
Meloe adds a hint of sweetness, plus the florals, so it doesn’t feel too minimal, but it’s not a scent that will keep you on your toes, rather just comforts you.
I think it does what it’s supposed to do. Refreshing, calming, light and soft. This is a fragrance for a relaxing Summer evening after a shower or to wear in high heat and you want to smell fresh and clean.
