Lira is one of the most popular vanilla fragrances ever, and rightfully so. I always looked at it as my ‘guilty pleasure’ fragrance.
It’s pretty straightforward. You get juicy blood orange in the opening, which makes the scent lean a bit more traditionally feminine in combination with the vanilla and caramel for the first hour.
Within the hour the orange glow from the citrus starts to fade and Lira becomes more and more of a vanilla with a caramel hint. Like a vanilla cake, semi-dry. Full-on gourmand, with very little distractions, just a pinch of cinnamon throughout.
And in this case that is all it ever needs to be and all that needs to be said about it. You want a great smelling edible vanilla scent, look no further.
