‘A fragrant fable of woody, spicy, resinous character, kindling images of glowing embers and perfumed ribbons of smoke. Journey to Ouranon holds smouldering depths, mineral earthiness—and a transformative spirit. A fable about reinvention told through scent, it sees Ash sent whirling through the air by an accord of Myrrh, Patchouli and Frankincense, with Labdanum Resinoid providing lingering warmth. All of this is contained in a newly redesigned bottle with an embossed Aesop insignia, and a pleasingly textured cap inspired by basalt—a rock on which our hometown of Melbourne was quite literally built.’ – Aesop
