Whereas Osmanthus Floral explores a more floral, more soft and sweet tobacco, Jasmine & Tobacco seems to focus more on the latter part of its name.

Mind you that this still gets pretty sweet as it dries, but it does feel more like a tobacco fragrance. Its dry leaves, mixed with spices. I get a lot of pepper from this fragrance.

Underneath it you get the softer sandalwood, although Sandalwood & Oud is the way to go for the real woody experience. Here, the sort of fiery, dry Tobacco take centerstage. A fragrance this reminds me of a tiny bit is Memo Shams Oud.

All 3 offerings from Neshama as of mid-2023 are great, but Jasmine & Tobacco wouldn’t be my first pick. I was hoping for more jasmine, which frankly, I don’t really get in my sampling. Instead, Osmanthus Floral offered what I was hoping for. Jasmine & Tobacco is one I’d recommend for those leaning more towards the spicy tobacco side.
