I have to say that I had high hopes for this one, and while it does what you may expect, I’m not sure if it suits me.

Straight from the opening it’s clear that this is a light, fun and sweet fragrance. The rose here is reminiscent of the fruity soapy rose found in fragrances like Maison Francis Kurkdjian’s Oud Satin Mood. Quite prominent, but also joyful and almost candied.

This further goes in that candy direction when the sweetness comes through more. White chocolate is listed and I can definitely picture a fruity, rosy light chocolate. Like a chocolate ice cream or pudding, airy, smooth, creamy. Quite addictive, especially when smelled up close.

Too much rose to be fully considered an actual gourmand perhaps, but definitely sweeter and also fruitier than the type of rose scent that I was hoping for in this line. Still, rather nice and one that I would definitely be more comfortable recommending to women and perhaps a younger audience.
