In an attempt to get around to using more of the samples I had waiting at home, I decided (ill-adviced) to spray 8 Prin Lomros fragrances on skin all at once (I do have a lot of skin) and make shorter reviews for them.

Initially, I found this to be one of the more interesting fragrances in the Strangers collection. On the surface, not the most eccentric, more traditionally masculine leaning with a lot of suede leather. However, the combination when you zoom in on it, is rather intriguing. Leather yes, but boozy and chocolate and vanilla come through quite heavily. I was liking this more than I expected. However, as it dries down further, it’s core rises to the surface and it becomes less to my taste.

Too much of the sort of mushy, shoe polish, earthy/woody leather for my taste, but I can appreciate it for what it is. It even feels like it grows ever fresher, almost more aromatic and herbal several hours in, which is a nice change of pace. If you’re into your ‘masculine leathers’, Guido would be an interesting one to try out.
