Unfortunately Gourmet is not what I expected. It is a gourmand, but it’s burnt.

A lot of woody, chestnut. The raspberry is there for some contrast, but it’s not strong enough to withstand the burnt smoky vibes.

After some minutes Gourmet becomes very lactonic and it smooths out a bit. To my nose, there’s a sort of condensed milk going on here, especially when smelled up close; it’s better in the air. If you love Jousset Gourmand Bakhoor, this is a more edgier version of it.
