‘A fragrant fable of woody, spicy, ambery notes evoking a timber- framed mirror, readied for self-reflection. Evoking Eidesis invites us to question what lies beyond surface reflections. A fable about authenticity told through scent, it creates an impression of iridescence with brilliant notes of Neroli, Petitgrain and Black Pepper, grounded by earthy Sandalwood. All of this is contained in a newly redesigned bottle with an embossed Aesop insignia, and a pleasingly textured cap inspired by basalt—a rock on which our hometown of Melbourne was quite literally built’ – Aesop
