A new version of Dune (1991). Part of the 13 Dioriginals by Francis Kurkdjian: Diorama, Diorella, Dioressence, Diorling, Dolce Vita, Dune, Dune Homme, Eau Fraiche, Forever And Ever, Higher, Higher Energy & Jules.
‘Created in 1991 by Dominique Ropion and Jean-Louis Sieuzac, Dune is an olfactory portrait of comfort, like a seaside garden. A bouquet of white flowers meets the dunes and the ocean mist, enveloped in a woody accord. A true invitation to escape, infused with warmth and soft light (…) Bathed in sunlight and cooled by sea-spray, an armful of white flowers unfurls among the dunes. Notes of blackcurrant bud absolute and mandarin infuse the fragrance with luminous freshness, revealing a floral heart of rose and jasmine notes enveloped in a woody accord — a soothing, airy composition, imagined as a garden by the sea (…) The Dioriginals collection brings together the House of Dior’s emblematic signatures, restored by Francis Kurkdjian, Perfume Creative Director. He set out to recover the fragrances’ original formulas, presented in the 1948 bottle that once housed Christian Dior’s first iconic creations.’ – Dior
