Don Paradisae is a release from Eauk, a Dutch fragrance house that flies a bit more under the radar than it should in my opinion.

While this isn’t my type of fragrance, I really respect it and the description from the brand helped sell it for me. It’s said to convey ‘the scent of the Amazon jungle in morning mist’. I get a wet woody scent, like a shipwreck, driftwood, that type of woodiness.

Slightly aquatic, deep wood, like an extremer, exaggerated version Xerjoff’s 40 Knots, with some green mossy tinges added. There’s a hint of sweetness as well, making this quite accessible.
