A new version of Dioressence (1979). Part of the 13 Dioriginals by Francis Kurkdjian: Diorama, Diorella, Dioressence, Diorling, Dolce Vita, Dune, Dune Homme, Eau Fraiche, Forever And Ever, Higher, Higher Energy & Jules.
‘Created in 1979 by Max Gavarry, Dioressence is the House of Dior’s first amber fragrance. A sensual fragrance with patchouli notes whose perfect balance of Dior’s floral elegance and animalic magnetism evokes a world of voluptuous sensuality (…) Dioressence is an unapologetically bold ambery fragrance, its trail as sensual as it is untamable. It reveals a grand spicy chypre where patchouli mingles with Dior’s floral elegance and animalic sensuality, creating a unique, voluptuous signature (…) The Dioriginals collection brings together the House of Dior’s emblematic signatures, restored by Francis Kurkdjian, Perfume Creative Director. He set out to recover the fragrances’ original formulas, presented in the 1948 bottle that once housed Christian Dior’s first iconic creations.’ – Dior
