This is merely a first impression. Cuban Tobacco is all about the spices.

The tobacco is joined by vanilla, but it isn’t as sweetened as in many other designer -and niche fragrances. Instead, you get cardamom and a giant load of clove. Nutmeg isn’t listed, but it reminds me of that quite a bit as well.

The combination of the tobacco with the clove does smell familiar, but whereas in many others it is completely overtaken by vanilla within minutes, here, whether or not you will enjoy the fragrance largely depends on your take on clove.

I think it’s very nice, it’s a bit dry, probably solid performance as far as I could tell on first impression and while smelling familiar, it’s not the same as a Tobacco Vanilla or Herod, which is always a good thing.
