Classic Mimosa was my first love when I sampled the Von Eusersdorff line. I was surprised how liquid it feels; I do not get a powdery texture from it as much as with other mimosa fragrances.

It’s all about a green dewy opening with a strong honeyed sweetness. It gets very sweet, to the point that it’s more like sugar water with flower petals in it. The citrus elements are toned down and it doesn’t strike me as a straight up mimosa; the violet is definitely there, but it’s a rather indistinguishable floral tinge to my nose.
