Champs-Elysees is beautiful, but it’s definitely not for me (yet).
It actually reminded me of the much more recent Flora Salvaggia from the Aqua Allegoria line (shares the violet, melon combination). Here, the scent is more refined, but also more dated and more traditionally feminine leaning.
Melon-y floral bouquet with a lot of different florals. It’s very pastel, fluffy and light. Actually, the peach might be more prominent than the lemon after a while. It’s beautifully done. It’s a bit tropical to my nose as well (I could imagine a ylang ylang being in there, but it’s not listed).
Not one of the Guerlains that I would gravitate towards, but I can really appreciate it.
