‘I had this sketch of a perfume, an aromatic-leather structure I was working on for quite a while. During a trip to Palm Springs where it rained all the time, I noticed how my beloved Creosote bush developed a roasted coffee scent on top of the usual gunpowder note. That was my epiphany, the missing note from my new perfume, so I tasked myself to recreate the scent of Creosote in the rain. The San Jacinto Mountains gave the inspiration for the name. ‘ – Baruti Perfumes
