‘Final Black is a three-part fragrance collection created by Baron alongside master perfumer Alberto Morillas. Each refillable black glass bottle, sharp-edged and dimensional in text, is housed in a minimal acrylic case conceived as a sculptural objet d’art. The trio channels nature’s elemental force through scent: Black Tide, where ambrox and orange blossom lap like ink against a base of woodleather and musk; Black Whisper, a quiet breeze of cardamom, cedar and oak moss carried on patchouli and vetiver; and Black Lava, where bergamot and mandarin ignite with pink pepper and Atlantic cedar before settling into cypriol, musk and frankincense (…) Fabien Baron is a French creative director, photographer, and film director, whose influence on modern fashion media and branding is difficult to overstate. He has led image-defining campaigns for several key fashion houses and overseen creative direction at Harper’s Bazaar, French Vogue and Interview. His agency, Baron&Baron, continues to set visual benchmarks in the fashion, fragrance, and luxury industries. His design language blends stark minimalism with layered conceptual depth (…) All the profits from this limited-edition collection will be donated to Women’s Earth Alliance, a non-profit organization with a mission to protect our environment by empowering women’s leadership.
