I sampled the regular Rosa Rossa a while back. I don’t remember exactly how different or similar it is to this Forte flanker, but the overall vibe is very similar, although I think I had a better experience with Forte.

This is a fruity take on rose. The common lychee-rose combination is strong here, with a lemon-citrussy edge.

It’s soapy, but at the same time, quite sweet. However, sweet in a fruity way, not sugary. I don’t remember the original being as sweet as this one, but I could be wrong. I remarked on the original being vegetal; I wouldn’t say that now, but I do still get a strong rosehip type scent, more than a full-on rose after the opening.

Definitely a pretty fragrance and one that wears very smoothly. Leaning very far to the feminine side of the spectrum in my opinion. I enjoyed wearing it, but would prefer this type of scent as a room spray for example.
