Flora Salvaggia is easily one of the more interesting releases for the largely middle of the road Aqua Allegoria line from Guerlain.
It came out alongside Nettare di Sole I believe and it’s the more intriguing and better of the two for me.
It’s a violet scent, but there’s a strong melon note as well. It’s not just an (off-putting) kalone overdose, but it smells quite nice for a melon; almost like an unripe pear maybe.
It’s a fresher scent, with a bright jasmine, but the opening is more fruity than it is floral to me. It’s dewy and wet. Very watery, but still not as fleeting as some others in this line can be.
