I wore Antheia alongside Dendera and the two are worlds apart, with Antheia being the one that spoke to me.
This is a more mass appealing and safer scent than the very niche and darker Dendera, but Antheia is more substantial than the other Centauri that I’d tried prior, Proxima. Antheia is my favorite of those 3 by a large margin and the right mix of styles for my taste.
This opens very fruity, with a great acidity cutting through without smelling too generic citrussy; yuzu and ginger seem to stand out. It has the transparent, fizzy and watery or airy fruits you get from berries and this recalled Proxima a bit for me. However, Antheia goes in a much more creamy direction.
Iris, vanilla, sandalwood, resins all come to play and they create a real contrast with the bright and acidic fruits; it reminded me of a cream soda once the two worlds meet. This combination is highly pleasant and the mixture of fizzy and creamy textures wears lovely on skin.
Antheia could be wishlist material for me.
