This was released as a limited edition in 2019, but has since been available on the Bon Parfumeur website, also with the 904 moniker, so maybe it’s sticking around in the main collection.
AFTERHOMEWORK was one I instantly liked, but didn’t love. Not all too surprising with ‘title notes’ vodka, tobacco and juniper. It’s an odd combination, but it’s what you get and it works.
Fresh, zingy and sharp, with a greenish, minty tobacco, creating a similar cooling experience as pine-fragrances can have. This is not a ‘pretty’ or smooth scent, but a rather abrasive one, in a good way. I haven’t come across many fragrances that show us this side of boozy and tobacco and it’s a welcome change-up.
It has a strong woody backbone, but because of the opening it feels like a fragrance you can pull off even in high heat.
