I sampled the whole Meo Fusciuni line and chose 5 of my favorites on paper to wear on skin; this was one of them.

This fragrance was released in 2011 and re-released as a 2019 Edition; which is the version that I sampled. It’s a deceivingly simple fig scent at first, but it has a surprise as it dries.

It opens like a radiant fig scent. It’s like biting into a fresh juicy fruit like a prune or peach to me. It starts very fruity, before going more green and oily like most fig scents later. You get a rougher edge from the jasmine, but it is subtle at first. Combined with the incense, I get an almost tobacco-esque drydown. It’s an interesting transition, but overall still a relatively safe pick from this brand and one of my absolute favorites; only topped by Little Song, which is quite the masterpiece.
